摘要
电镀金刚石砂轮具有工艺简单、投资少、制造方便、无需修整、工作速度高等优点,在现代材料加工领域的应用越来越广泛。本文意在研究电镀金刚石砂轮的制造工艺,优化工艺过程,制造出优质的电镀金刚石砂轮。 通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析手段观察电镀金刚石砂轮的的微观结构,比较不同工艺条件下所制造的电镀金刚石差异。

Abstract
Electroplating diamond grinding wheel has a lot advantanges such as simple process, less investment, easy fabrication, no nap, the high working speed. In the modern material
processing fields,this grinding wheel was used more and more widely. This article is to study manufacturing technology of the diamond grinding wheel optimize the process, to produce high quality electroplating diamond grinding wheel.
Analysising and observing the microstructure method of observation electroplating diamond wheels through the scanning electron microscope (SEM).We can compare the differences of electroplating diamond made under different process conditions .
