为了实现高显指数,温可调的全光谱白光LED,对多基全光谱白光LED混光技术进行研究,基于Ohno单光模型和光的叠加原理,通过改变多种LED芯片的组合方式(峰值波长、相对光功率配比),对不同温区的混合白光的显指数(Ra)进行了仿真计算和光谱优化选择。结果表明:在2700~6000K温范围内,可以获得Ra大于88的白光。手机背光

Abstract: In order to realize full spectrum white LED with high color rendering index (Ra) and adjustable color temperature, the mixing technology of multi-primary color full-spectrum white LED is studied based on the Ohno monochromatic light model and the superposition principle of light. By changing the combination of various LED chips (peak wavelength, and relative light power ratio), the color rendering index (Ra) of mixed white light in different color temperature regions was simulated and optimized. The results showed that the white light with Ra greater than 88 could be obtained in the range of 2700~6000 K.
