要]华电宁夏灵武发电有限公司3、4号超超临界2×1060M W机组凝结水精处理系统采用C S K40高交联度凝胶型阳离子交换树脂与C P A l2大孔型阴离子交换树脂。

泡面碗

混床投运15个月后对树脂性能跟踪检测结果表明：阴、阳树脂依旧保持良好的性能，仅阴树脂PSS吸附容量有所降低，但仍能维持较高的物质传递系数；在标准运行条件时，混床出水水质达到设计要求。

空冷机组冷却系统较湿冷机组节水约70％。但是，其冷却面积大、凝结水中的腐蚀产物多，控制水质的难度较高。另外，空冷机组凝汽器的冷却效果较差，凝结水温度高，夏季高达60℃，有时甚至达到80oC[1。3|。可见，空冷机组凝结水精处理系统离子交换树脂的工作环境非常苛刻。

目前，国内已投产的空冷机组凝结水精处理系统主要采用阴阳分床离子交换系统与粉末离子交换
