来源:《工业设计》2017年第07期 合成塔 摘 要:针对2017年第五届全国大学生工程训练综合能力的命题“无碳小车绕8字组”的要求,对小车进行创新性设计,主要是转向机构设计。通过Adams软件强大的辅助功能进行参数化建模和仿真,对无碳小车运动轨迹计算仿真模拟,进而优化设计参数。利用Matlab软件对模拟数据进行分析,得出最佳结构设计。比赛实践表明,小车结构设计合理,运行轨迹满足“8字形”轨迹的要求,运行平稳,能量损失少,设计方案正确,在竞赛中取得了不错的成绩。 关键词:无碳小车;8字形;行走轨迹;计算仿真

Abstract:In view of the proposition of the Fifth National College Students' engineering
training comprehensive ability in 2017, the title of this contest is a car without carbon emission run around “8 character” .And this contest complete innovation design of the car, mainly steering mechanism design. Through the parametric modeling and Simulation of the powerful auxiliary function of Adams software, the trajectory simulation of the no carbon car is simulated, and the design parameters are optimized. At the same time局域表面等离子体共振, Matlab software is used to analyze the simulation data and obtain the best structure design. Competition practice shows that the design of the car structure is reasonable, the running track meets the requirements of the "8 character" trajectory, the operation is smooth, the energy loss is less, the design scheme is correct, and good results have been achieved in the competition.
