摘; 要:飞机部件数字化装配作为一种装配模式,综合了测量、调姿、控制等技术。测量为条子提供数据支持,控制统领全局,对测量数据进行分析,确定装配单元的初始状态,根据比较结果校形,并规划调姿路径,驱动数控定位器按既定路徑运动,对装配单元进行调姿,反复迭代后,确定装配单元在飞机坐标系内符合设计数模要求,即进行定位和制孔连接。从而解决了装配单元的定位和连接问题。 关键词:飞机数字化装配技术;测量;定位和连接问题卫星电视接收卡

Abstract: As a kind of assembly mode, digital assembly of aircraft parts integrates the technologies of measurement, attitude adjustment, control and so on. The measurement provides data support for the sliver, controls the overall situation, analyzes the measurement data, determines the initial state of the assembly unit, calibrates the shape according to the comparison results, plans the attitude adjustment path, and drives the CNC locator to move according to the given path. After repeated iterations, it is determined that the assembly unit meets the requirements of the design
digital model in the aircraft coordinate system, that is, positioning and hole-making connection. As a result, the problem of positioning and connection of the assembly unit is solved.
