前 言
本标准是根据中国电力企业联合会2010年度电力行业标准编制、修订计划项目( ×××× 号文)的安排,对中华人民共和国电力工业部果蔬包装机1998年3月颁布的《火电机组启动蒸汽吹管导则》进行修订而编制的。
本标准的修订目的是随着火电机组新型高效锅炉型式的应用和火电机组容量的不断发展而进行的,是为了更好的规范电力行业不同类型的新火电机组的吹管作业,规避系统和运行风险,提高机组投产的安全和经济水平,确保新机组吹管作业的安全和质量。 本标准是在总结和吸收锅炉制造厂及不同容量、不同炉型机组的吹管经验基础上制订的。
本标准适用于100MW及以上汽包锅炉、直流锅炉、循环流化床炉及余热锅炉,其它形式的机组可参照执行。
各单位应根据本导则,结合本厂机组的具体情况,制订详细的蒸汽吹管措施。
本标准经来自全国的有关专家多次讨论后定稿。主要内容包括吹管范围、吹管方式、吹管参数选择及质量标准、吹管临时系统技术要求、吹管工艺实施要点及安全、健康、环保技术要求等。将压降法在吹管工艺中的应用、排气管的反力计算、靶板器、集粒器的选用设计、蒸汽管道常用钢号、特性及其主要范围等编入了附录。:服务器管理
本标准与国家电力工业部1998年版《火电机组启动蒸汽吹管导则》相比,其编写与主要技术内容变化如下:
- 根据实际吹管经验和机组投产后运行情况及国内、外吹管质量评定标准的对比,本着既确保吹管质量又避免浪费的原则,将吹管合格标准重新进行了界定,以期更符合工程实际的安全、经济和质量要求。
