摘 要
天麻的功能和用途很广泛，在我国已经有两千多年的历史。天麻不仅是名贵紧缺的中药材，还是一种食品，抑或说是一种养生保健品。无论是作为药品还是食品，天麻都是上品。由于天麻特殊的功能，经济价值极高，其声誉不在冬虫夏草、三七、人参之下。
昭通是世界天麻的原产地和优质天麻的种源基地，“天麻之都”的荣誉称号就是最好的体现。
昭通天麻产业做大做强做好，契合省委、省政府发展高原特农业工作的战略部署。近年来，党中央、国务院和云南省委、省政府采取了一系列加快生物发展的政策措施，出台了很多政策文件。比如，昭通市政府出台了《昭通市人民政府关于加快发展天麻产业的意见》等等。昭通天麻产业的发展面临着很好的机遇，并且已具备产业发展的基础。但是，昭通天麻产业的发展现状却是不容乐观，没有凭借拥有的优势，从天麻产业中获取到延伸出来的价值。昭通天麻产业的资源优势没有转化为经济优势，发展程度远远的落后于全国其他天麻产业主产区，产业现状与其悠久的名牌声誉严重不符。
本文通过昭通天麻发展的背景，发展存在的优势，发展现状，并与全国其他天麻主产区相比，从中出昭通天麻产业发展存在的具体问题。针对问题提出具体的建议和对策。希望为政府推动昭通天麻产业的发展提供决策参考，使昭通天麻产业的资源优势得以转化为经济优势，促进昭通地区经济发展。

ABSTRACT
The function and the use of Gastrodia elata is very extensive, it has a history of over two thousand years of my country. Gastrodia elata is not only rare shortage of Chinese herbal medicine, is but also a kind of food, or is a kind of health care products. Whether as a drug or food, is the top grade of Gastrodia elata. The special function of Gastrodia elata, high economic value, its reputation is not under three seven, ginseng, Cordyceps sinensis.
Zhaotong is the origin and quality of Gastrodia elata Blume Gastrodia elata seed base, "the honorary title of Gastrodia elata Blume" is the best embodiment. Zhaotong Tianma industry bigger and stronger to do, with the strategic deployment of provincial government, development of the plateau characteristics of agricultural work. In recent years, the Party Central Committee, the State Council and the Yunnan provincial Party committee, the provincial government has taken a series of policies and measures to accelerate the development of biology, introduced a number of policy documents. For example, Zhaotong City Hall issued a "Zhaotong Municipal People's Government on accelerating the development of Gastrodia industry views" and so on. The development o
f Zhaotong Tianma industry is facing a good opportunity, and have the industry development. However, the current situation of the development of Zhaotong Tianma industry is not optimistic, not by virtue of its advantages, access to extend from Gastrodia industry value. Zhaotong Tianma industry resource advantages into economic advantages not far behind, the degree of development of the main producing areas of Gastrodia industry, industry status and long brand reputation seriously inconsistent.
