由于铜火法这一工艺存在着比较多的安全隐患，故铜火法冶炼厂必须从原料的储存、使用，以及生产流程的管理等方面，对冶炼厂的安全设施进行设计，保证生产安全的同时，维护周边环境安全。为此，论文通过对铜火法冶炼工艺的流程进行概述，在分析了铜火法冶炼工艺危险因素的基础上，对铜火法冶炼厂的安全设施进行了设计，以期进一步提高我国铜火法冶炼厂生产的安全性，保护操作人员的生命安全。伞齿轮设计
