1 表面预处理
1．1 光亮化 brightening
用化学或电化学抛光的方法，使金属表面光亮的过程。
1．2 光亮浸渍 bright dipping

减小金属表面粗糙度的过程。
1．4 软轮磨光 buffing
金属表面通过旋转的软轮进行抛光。轮上所用的磨料为含有细小研磨颗粒的悬浊液、膏体或粘性油脂。

用适当的电解处理方法使金属表面光亮化
1．6 电解抛光 exechtropolishing
在适当的电解液中作为阳极的抛光处理。
