5.1 General  总则
5.1.1All  fire  tight  and  watertight  penetrations  shall be  made  using  deck/bulkhead  penetrations  glands  or
SO17020 SBM CALM BUOY
multi-cable  transits.  The  location  of  cable  penetrations  through  bulkheads  shall  be  indicated  on
drawings.
所有防火和防水电缆贯通件应使用气密贯穿件或是类似类型。电缆贯通件的位置应在图纸上标出。
5.1.2Where  penetrations  are  cut  on  the  structure  bracket,  it  should  be  reinforced.  All  cable  penetrations

5.1.3The cable penetration on fire-tight, watertight or gas-tight deck and  bulkhead is to be made with class
approved stuffing tubes, transit devices, or pourable materials, which will maintain the original integrity of
deck and bulkhead.
在火密,水密或气密甲板和舱壁的穿舱件,须由船级社认可、或可浇铸材料制成,以便保持甲板或舱壁的
完整性。
5.1.4The stuffing tubes, transit devices, or a pourable material for cable penetration is to be of a character so
as not to damage the cable. 数显计数器

5.1.5Cables are not to pass through the collision bulkhead.
电缆不能穿过防撞舱壁。
5.1.6The length of the cable transit frame is to be at least 60mm, and all burrs and sharp edge are to be
removed in way of the holes where cables pass through deck beams or similar structure parts.
电缆穿舱件的长度至少60mm,  并且电缆穿过甲板或类似结构时开孔边缘必须去毛刺和锐角。

from water.

5.1.8All transits shall be individually and uniquely numbered. The fixing of labels to the racking shall make
identification of the transit adjacent to the penetration.

5.1.9Where single core cables forming a three-phase circuit pass through a transit, they shall be contained in
one transit frame. Any stay plate in the transit causing separating of the single core cables shall be
of a
non-magnetic material.

5.1.10  Spare capacity  (30%)shall be provided for cables in each transit.

5.1.11  When sealing the penetrations, vendor’s instruction should be abided.
