摘要：以Tween 80和调频音箱Span 80作为复合乳化剂对烟草净油进行乳化，设置单因素试验考察乳化剂配比、乳化剂添加量、乳化温度、乳化时间对烟用乳化净油的影响，确定烟用乳化净油制备的最优条件。结果表明，优化的乳化条件为乳化剂Tween 80和Span 80按1∶1的质量比复配、乳化剂添加量18%、乳化温度75 ℃、乳化时间30 min，此条件下制备的烟用乳化净油的稳定性值为1.2 mL。 关键词：烟草净油；乳化；稳定性；工艺优化
Optimization of Tobacco Absolute Oil Emulsifying Process
Abstract： Tween 80 and Span 80 were applied as composite emulsifier for emulsifying tobacco absolute oil. The effects of different proportion of emulsifying agents， adding dose of composite emulsifiermide008，蓝牙对讲 emulsifying temperature and emulsifying time on stability of emulsified tobacco absolute oil were studied by single factor tests.
