随着我国城市建设事业的发展,以及国家对于能源与环境保护的要求,供暖系统的规模从单幢采暖系统发展成为中大型区域集中供暖系统,出现了大量住宅、公共建筑的集中供暖系统。集中供暖在节能和环境保护方面有很大的优势,发展速度很快。
设计题目为北京某小区供热外网及换热站设计,本次设计的主要任务是按照此建筑物的特征,以及北京市的气象资料特征,经济条件等资料,计算小区的采暖热负荷,合理的选择供暖系统,进行水力计算,并针对系统的不平衡率进行调节。设计的主要成果有绘制该建筑物的热力管网平面图、局部剖面图,热力站平面图、系统图和热力站工艺图。

换热站的设计主要包括设备的布置,定位尺寸确定,换热器的选型,循环水泵、补给水泵的选型及辅助设备的选择计算。
本次设计以节能建筑的热指标为基础,以热网的精确调节为最终目标,尽量降低热网的各项指标,尽量应用精确调节的阀门和设备,为计量供热打好基础。

ABSTRACT
With the development of urban construction, and national requirements for energy and environmental protection, the size of the heating system from a single block heating system developed into a medium and large district heating system, there has been a large number of residential central heating systems, public buildings. This design titled a Beijing district heating and heat transfer stations outside the network design, the main task of this design is in accordance with the characteristics of this building, as well as meteorological data characteristic of Beijing, economic conditions and other information to calculate the district heating hot load, a reasonable choice of heating system for hydraulic calculation, and adjusted for the unbalanced rate of the system. The main outcomes are designed to draw heat pipe network of the building plan, partial cross-
sectional view, a plan view of thermal stations, thermal station system diagram and artwork.
Design of heat stations including layout, the positioning device determines the size, select a heat exchanger selection, circulating pumps, supply pumps and auxiliary equipment selection calculations.
The indicators are designed to heat energy-efficient buildings based, precisely regulate heating network for the ultimate goal, to minimize the heating network indicators, try to apply precise adjustment of valves and equipment for measuring heating to lay the foundation.
