regardless of侧重表示"对....熟视无睹,置若罔闻"，一般含有贬义，用于客观上无法避免的事实，往往是不利的条件、因素，需要主语去正确面对和处理，并不是避而远之。regardless of后面常常接名词或者从句。一般引导的是让步状语。
