mountain and practice archery in solitude.

Meanwhile, Chang'e became curious about the elixir and

drank it herself. She flew to the moon, where she could live

forever and watch over her husband from a distance.

According to the legend, on the night of the Mid-Autumn

Festival, people could see the shadow of Chang'e on the moon.

They would also eat mooncakes and admire the beauty of the full

moon, as a symbol of the love and devotion between Hou Yi and

Chang'e.

generation to generation in China. It teaches us about the

importance of humility, selflessness, and love in our lives.
