石英晶体的概念及常用参数

1、概念

石英晶体,成分SiO2,它不仅是较好的光学材料而且是重要的压电材料,晶体的主要特征是其原子或分子的有规律排列,反映在宏观上是外形对称性。人造水晶在高温高压下结晶而成,在电场的作用下,晶体内部产生应力而形变,从而产生机械振动获得特定的频率,我们利用它的这种逆压电效应来制造石英晶体谐振器。

2、频率公差 (FL)

在常温下参考点(25℃)中心频率的偏差值,用最小值和最大值来定义,单位用百分(%)或百分比(ppm)

3、等效电阻 (ESR)

通常我们测量串连谐振频率下的电阻,并联谐振负载下的电阻值称为实际电阻。单位欧姆(Ω)

4、负载电容 (CL)

晶体的负载电容是和晶体联合决定工作频率的外部电容,单位皮法(pf)
