has good reliability and validity，and it can be used as a reliable tool for assessment of fall alertness in hospitalized elderly patients in ds the elderly； the Self⁃Awareness of Falls in Elderly Scale； fall； awareness； reliability； validity摘要 目的:检验跌倒警觉度量表在老年住院病人中的信效度。方法:采用一般资料量表、跌倒警觉度量表对湖北省某三级甲等医院住院的270例老年病人进行调查。结果:项目分析显示，跌倒警觉度量表的21个条目在高分组和低分组差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01），临界比值为4.682~21.020（P<0.01）；4个维度与总分之间的相关系数为0.666~0.856（均P<0.01），21个条目与总分相关系数为0.400~0.781（P<0.01）。条目水平的内容效度指数（I⁃CVI）为0.875~1.000，量表水平的平均内容效度指数（S⁃CVI/Ave）为0.988。探索性因子分析提取4个公因子，分别为身体功能警觉性、安全及环境警觉性、认知行为警觉性、药物警觉性，累积方差贡献率为69.254%。量表总体Cronbach´s α系数为0.923，折半信度为0.812。结论:跌倒警觉度量表具有良好的信效度，可作为我国老年住院病人跌倒警觉度评估的可靠工具。关键词 老年人；跌倒警觉度量表；跌倒；警觉；信度；效度doi:10.12102/.1009-6493.2023.01.008跌倒已成为全球重要的公共卫生问题，可导致病人骨折、意外死亡等不良事件。跌倒的风险随着年龄的增长而增加，已成为65岁以上老年人的第六大死因[1]。2016年，英国65岁以上的老年人中有25.5万人发生跌倒相关的急诊入院，超过半数的≥80岁的老年人每年至少跌倒1次[2]。跌倒也是医院住院病人常见的不良事件，估计医院每1 000例病人中每天发生3.56~12.60次跌倒[3⁃4]，且大约30%的院内跌倒会导致损伤，4%~6%会导致严重损伤，如骨折、硬膜下血肿、出血和死亡[5]。目前，已经确定了住院老年病人跌倒作者简介 何细飞，副主任护师，硕士
