Simply put, humiliate someone because of their body

SHAMING can be defined as an inappropriate form of

inappropriate speech or attitude about another person's weight or

body size. It seems that the heavy person is lazy, is not moderate,

often tend to be insecure, tend to be easy to weight

person is SAO, is superficial, is mean, often tend to have self-confident, tend to have ambitious, tend to be conceited, tend to be

vanity strong. There is a very famous stereotype: " There are no ugly

women, only lazy women.” Why is the BODY SHAMING not good:

Any form of prejudice is foolish and ignorant, and any form of

humiliation is uneducated. The bias representative does not clearly

fat people who run hard every day. Humiliation represents harm, no

matter what the facts are, individual behavior is a personal choice, it

has nothing to do with you, and meaningless harm to others is a

好像体重重的人就是懒，就是不节制，往往趋于没有安全感，趋于易付出。体重轻的人就是骚，就是肤浅，就是刻薄，往往趋于有自信，趋于有野心，趋于自负，趋于虚荣心强。

有一句很有名的成见之言:“没有丑女人，只有懒女人。”

BODY SHAMING 为什么不好：

任何形式的偏见都是愚蠢无知的，任何形式的羞辱都是没有教养的。

偏见代表没有清楚了解事实，有大吃大喝的瘦子，也有每天辛苦跑步的胖子。

羞辱代表伤害，无论事实如何，个人行为都是个人选择，与你无关，无谓地对他人进行伤害就是一种文明的退步。

其次就是，我们永远应该考虑到小众或弱势体的利益，这是社会良

心的真正体现。当我们理所当然地运行着符合多数人的社会法则时，不要忘记，有那部分人，正被这份“理所当然”折磨得不到放置自我的小小空间。这个时候，我们应该给予的是理解和宽容，但往往，我们给的却是偏见和羞辱。
