The Tale of the Yellow Handkerchief

Once upon a time, there was a poor little boy who used to

wander around the streets of the city selling yellow

handkerchiefs. He would tie the handkerchiefs in knots and then

offer them to passers-by, hoping to make a few coins to support

himself and his family.

Despite his efforts, the little boy did not make a lot of

money. He was often ridiculed and, at times, even beaten by

people who did not like to buy his wares.

One day, however, a kind-hearted old man heard the little

boy's pitiful cries and decided to buy one of his handkerchiefs.

The old man was moved by the boy's sad story and said to him,

'Use this handkerchief to wipe your tears away. Go and lead a

happy life, but remember that no matter what hardships may come,

the yellow handkerchief will always be with you.'

The old man's words of wisdom touched the little boy's heart.

He took the yellow handkerchief and kept it with him always.

Years later, the little boy had become a successful

businessman. He had made a lot of money, but he had never

forgotten the old man's kindness. Every once in a while, he

still carried the yellow handkerchief with him, as a reminder

of those life-altering words.

To this day, the yellow handkerchief is a symbol of kindness,

hope, and resilience for those who are willing to learn its
