英文版魔术师之屋读后感

The story tells the story of a fallen magician whose life is

completely changed after meeting a young girl who dreams of it. In

the late 1950s, the once-popular theater began to decline, and people

stopped paying attention to the various juggling that once grew up

with them, and became obsessed with television and rock. The

protagonist of the story is an experienced magician, who is highly

skilled and graceful on stage, but because of the decline of the theater,

he has to travel to various performance venues for living expenses,

from high-end concert halls to dilapidated and remote taverns.

During a country show in England, the magician met a little girl in a

hotel who was worshipped by a girl for using a magic trick to give her

a pair of shoes and treated magic as a piece of magic. The girl followed

the magician away from home to Edinburgh, and she often showed a

love for shoes or clothes and expected the magician to make it for her.

In order to satisfy the girl's trust in magic and her yearning for the

bustling world, the magician, whose life has become more and more

difficult, can't bear to tell the girl that she has no magic, and tries every

means to make money to buy back what the girl likes.

However, the bankrupt magician can no longer pay any expenses

after buying the girl the last coat. He can be said to have fled into the

wilderness and had to tell the girl that "the magician does not exist".

Did the girl understand the magician's message? How will the girl's life

develop in the future? The director didn't

Tell the audience, leaving ample room for imagination.

Magicians are kind but also cruel; girls are greedy, but also

innocent. The magician created a space for the girl to use magic to

get nothing because of her intolerance, and the girl gradually lost

herself in the process of not seeing the reality and constantly asking

for it, which eventually led to the end of the tragedy. On the departing

train, the magician finally realized his mistake and stopped giving the

child an illusory imagination.

The whole film has been narrating the story with poignant and

hilarious humor, with unspeakable hidden feelings in joy and waves of

hints in blandness. In Disney and Warner animation, most of the

animation deliberately creates a beautiful fantasy world at the

beginning, and finally deliberately creates a beautiful ending, many

people are used to beautiful fairy tales, but should reality really be so?
