Letter Of Commitment

From: A(Referred to hereafter as APL)

To: B (Referred to hereafter as TA)

Due to work, APL to dispatch

, Mr. XXXand Mr XXX(names

of personnel dispatched) total number of personel 3, from

September 1st .2011 to Taiao Aluminium .,Jangmen city,

Guangdong Province, China for a duration of 30 days and promise to

abide by, including but not limited to the following provisions:

1. APL to provide and ensure that the above-mentioned personel’s

indentifications and other related documentations are true and

legal.

2. APL to ensure the above-mentioned personnel are not involved in

any political and religious cases or have withstanding criminal

records,etc.

3. APL will supervise and urge the above-mentioned personnel to

comply with Chinese laws and regulation and, shall not engage in

any illegal activities. Any violation. APL is willing to fully

cooperate with the Chinese authorities to investigate and punish.

APL is unconditionally and jointly liable. APL to ensure that TA

shall not be implicated.

4. APL will be responsible for health and safety isues of the

above-mentioned personnel and is unconditionally and jointly

liable. APL to ensure that TA shall not be implicated.

5. APL to ensure that the above-mentioned personnel shall not

change or extend the visa period without approval and

authorization by TA.

6. APL to ensure that the above-mentioned personnel leave when

the respective visa expires, or report whereabouts to TA.
