为什么人道主义是很重要的英文作文

In recent years,the originally stable humanitarian pattern

on earth has been shaken again.

What is humanism?Humanism is a world outlook that advocates

caring,loving and respecting people,and is people-oriented and

history,there are also many countries that

chanted"humanitarianism".As we are familiar with

the French bourgeois revolution,humanitarianism

was embodied in slogans such

as"freedom","equality"and"fraternity",which later became the

tricolor flag of France that we are familiar with.

Humanism played a role in opposing the feudal system during

the bourgeois the success of the bourgeois

revolution,humanitarianism became a system for the bourgeoisie

to maintain capitalism.

France is under the protection of

World War II,many countries that were once French colonies

became independent,including the Central African

r,to the surprise of France and Central

Africa,the independence of Central Africa has become a failed

humanitarian reform.

Since independence from French colonial rule in 1960,coups

and civil wars in the Central African Republic have

the same time,religious conflicts and ethnic

violence are rampant and the situation is 2013,the

armed group"Seleka",mainly composed of Muslims,overthrew the

regime led by President Bozize,who believed in

Christianity,causing large-scale violence between Christians

and Muslims across the country,resulting in thousands of

armed group"Anti-Balaka",mainly composed of

Christians,grew stronger in the conflict and began to fight

against"Seleka".

Today,although the humanitarian crisis in Central Africa

has eased somewhat,it still needs continuous efforts to truly

realize a truly humanitarian United Nations

Special Representative for the Central African

Republic,Ndiaye,told the Security Council last year that all

the allies and partners of the Central African

Republic,including the UN Security Council,should make joint

efforts to"turn the dreams of peace,prosperity and development

of millions of Central Africans into lasting reality".

Ndiaye reiterated that with the signing of the Peace and

Reconciliation Agreement between the government of the Central

African Republic and several opposition forces in the capital

Bangui in February this year,the hope of peace has been renewed

again,and the implementation of this agreement has become one

of the main tasks of ,who is also the head of

MINUSCA,said that since his last report to the Security Council

in June,some progress has been made in the implementation of

the agreement,but there are still

Not only Central Africa,but also Syria,Southeast

Asia,Many places in the world today are caught

in the dilemma of violating humanitarianism,which is what none

of us want to ,as Ndiaye said,we should turn the dream

of peace,prosperity and development of millions of Central

Africans,including all the people in the world,into a lasting

reality!

近年来，地球上原本平稳的人道主义格局再次出现动摇。

人道主义是什么?人道主义就是提倡关怀人、爱护人、尊重人，做到以人为本、以人为中心的这样一种世界观。历史上，也不乏高呼“人道主义”口号的国家。如我们所熟悉的法国。法国资产阶级革命时期把人道主义的内涵具体化为“自由”“平等”“博爱”等口号，它们后来也变为了我们所熟悉的法国的三国旗。

人道主义在资产阶级革命时期起着反对封建制度的作用。而资产阶级革命成功以后，人道主义就成了资产阶级维护资本主义的一种制

度。

处于法国对人道主义的保护，二战后有许多曾经是法国殖民地的国家纷纷独立，其中自然有中非共和国。但是令法国，也令中非没有想到的是，中非的独立却成为了成事不足败事有余的一场失败的人道主义变革。

自1960年脱离法国殖民统治独立以来，中非共和国共和内战持续不断。与此同时，宗教冲突和族裔暴力严重肆虐，局势动荡不安。2013年，主要由穆斯林组成的武装团体“塞雷卡”推翻了信仰基督教的总统博齐泽所领导的政权，在全国的基督徒与穆斯林之间引发大规模暴力事件，导致数千人死亡，以基督徒为主的武装团体“反巴拉卡”在冲突中发展壮大，开始与“塞雷卡”交战。

如今，中非的人道主义危机虽有所减缓，但是真正实现构成真正的人道主义国家仍然需要继续的努力。联合国中非共和国问题特别代表恩迪亚耶在去年在向安理会汇报中非局势最新进展时表示，中非共和国所有的盟友及合作伙伴，包括联合国安理会在内，都应共同努力，“将数百万中非人和平、繁荣与发展的梦想变为持久的现实”。

恩迪亚耶重申，随着今年二月中非共和国政府与多个反对派武装在首都班吉签署《和平与和解协议》，和平的希望再度重燃，落实这一协议也成为联合国中非稳定团的主要任务之一。身兼中非稳定团团长的恩迪亚耶表示，自上一次在六月向安理会进行汇报以来，协议的落实取得了一些进展，但也依旧面临许多挑战……

不仅是中非，叙利亚、东南亚、拉丁美……当今世界的很多地方

都陷入违背人道主义的困局，这是我们每个人都不愿看到的。所以，就像恩迪亚耶所说的那样，我们应该把数百万中非人——更包括世界上所有人的和平、繁荣与发展的梦想变为持久的现实!
