外贸常用术语有那几个,各是什么意思啊

外贸常用的术语有

EXW

工厂交货/简单的说,是客户上工厂来提货。产品从离开工厂以后风险与产生的费用完全由买家承担

FOB（Free on Board）

离岸价格/简言之，就是厂家负责将客户的产品运送到船。从货离开船舷的那一刻开始厂家不再对客户的货承担责任。其过程中，供应商需要承担内陆运费，进仓费，报关费，操作费以及港建费和其他在本土产生的费用（产地证以及保险除外）

CNF（CFR）Cost and Freight

成本加运费。即是在FOB上加上海运费以及其他在船公司方面产生的费用。其间供应商需要提供采购方商业发票(CI)，装箱单(PL)，提单(BL)以及产地证(CO/FormA)，熏蒸证（木箱包装）供客户在其港口清关用。

备注：产地证分两种：到美加拿地区需要FormA，其他地区做CO

CIF

成本+运费+保险。即是在FOB上加海运费以及保险费以及其他在船公司方面产生的费用。其间供应商需要提供采购方商业发票(CI)，装箱单(PL)，提单（BL），以及产地证，熏蒸证（木箱包装）供客户在其港口清关用。
