the industries, so as to continuously improve manpower efficiency and
organizational competitiveness.

continuously optimize the human resources management system and
supervise the implementation of the system.
t Group HR Strategies and Plans, lead and facilitate relevant strategic
projects (such as HR Operation System Upgrade, Group vision/mission/values
and code of conduct Promotion) implementation in the company.
