Animals traveling from one country to another have to

follow laws，just as people do．They do not have to have passport（护照），but they have to obey other rules．Most countries have

laws about animals coming into their countries．The laws were

Traveling animals include cats and dogs going with their

masters on trips．Others are rare animals going to zoos．Some

Some animals can not go into a country unless their owners
