forests.

In the year 1971 when the Chinese famous scholar Guo Mo-ruo(郭沫若)came to here, he was impressed by the charming of the lake and

wrote: "There is a pool of dark ink filling the bottom of an ink- stone,

writing brushes." It added the fame on the lake and let. more famous

people visit here every year.

In the summer, it is cooler than what is in Urumqi city, and attracts

The name of the Heavenly Lake came from the stone inscription by
