程中成本、功能需求等因素,分析了加油(充电)口盖外板、较链板、底盒在材质方面的变

化,以及其机械控制与电动控制的趋势。研究表明,目前大众、通用等欧美品牌塑料电控加油

(充电)口盖最为普及;本田、丰田等日系品牌加油(充电)口盖材质主要以钢塑混合为主,

控制方式由机械控制向电控过渡趋势明显;自主品牌加油(充电)口盖材质主要为纯金属或者

纯塑料,机械控制与电控均有涉及。此外,随着智能化、电动化等趋势的发展,出现了磁吸

式、翻转式、软开关控制、感应识别开启等新机构加油(充电)口盖。最后,基于口盖功能需

求与通用化需求,本文以某量产车型加油口盖为研究对象,对加油口盖的材质与执行器的选型

This

paper

expounds

the

vehicles

fuel

filler's

material

and

control

mode

trend

,

and

combining

with

the

factors

of

cost

and

functions

in

the

process

of

project

development,

the

material

changes

of

the

outer

plate,

hinge

plate

and

bottom

box,

and

the

trends

of

mechanical

or

electric

control

of

the

lock

are

analyzed.

The

research

shows

that

at

present,

plastic

electronic

fuel

filler

is

the

most

popular

in

Europe

and

America

cars

such

as

Volkswagen

and

GM;

steel-plastic

mixing

fuel

filler

is

the

main

type

for

Japanese

and

Korean

models

such

as

Honda

and

loyota

,

and

the

transition

trend

of

control

mode

from

mechanical

control

to

electronic

control

is

obvious;

the

material

of

self-brand

fuel

filler

is

mainly

pure

metal

or

pure

plastic,

and

both

mechanical

control

and

electronic

control

are

involved.

In

addition,

with

the

popularity

of

new

energy

vehicles,

new

mechanisms

such

as

magnetic

suction

cap,

swing

cap,

soft

switch

control

cap

and

smart

sensor

cap

have

emerged.

At

the

same

time, based

on

the

function

of

fuel

cap,

this

paper

makes

a

correlation

analysis

on

the

choice of

material

and

actuator

based

on

an

example

of

a

mass-produced

vehicle

as

the

research

object,

and

gives

the

choices

of

material

and

actuator

suggestions

according

to

the

trend

in

recent

three
