The current international situation is undergoing

extensive and profound changes, to the world with complex

effects. On the one hand, the world trend alleviation, military

confrontation is abate, some regional hotspots solved, for

world peace provides new opportunities; On the other hand, the

world unstable factors are also on the increase, with some areas

still tense and turbulence. Developed countries and the

developing economic gap, vast developing country is faced with

daunting challenges. As a result, developing countries should

reinforce the unity for establishing a new international

political and economic order efforts.

The Chinese government persist in reform and opening up

policy, to develop economic and improve people's lives. We need

not only domestic stability and unity, also need a long-term

stable and peaceful international environment. No matter what

may happen in the international arena, China will unswervingly

pursue its independent foreign policy of peace, and sincerely

hope that with all countries in the world maintain and develop

friendly relations and cooperation. We highly asean as a

regional peace group, in international affairs plays an

increasingly important role.

The Chinese government has always attached great

importance to development with asean countries friendly

relations of cooperation. China and asean countries while

social system is different, but this should not be mutual

establish and develop friendly relations and cooperation of

obstacles. International practice proves that the stand or fall

of national relationship does not depend on social system and
