talents. Students should not only master professional skills, but also have excellent

qualities in their study. Chinese traditional culture has a long history, which is the

students’ quality education. Therefore, in the teaching process of private colleges

and universities, the effective integration of Chinese traditional culture is the

teaching focus of teachers at this stage. In teachers’ teaching activities, the organic

integration of Chinese traditional documents and professional courses is helpful

for students to know Chinese traditional culture, and at the same time, it can also

the cultural connotation of ideological and political education, and can also convey

ideological and political knowledge with the characteristics of national traditional

culture to students, broaden students’ horizons, improve students’ comprehensive

quality, and make traditional culture spread continuously.1. Use the Richness of Traditional Culture to Clarify the Core Values of

SocialismSocialist core values are the key content of ideological and political education,

which can help students form correct values. There are many contents in traditional

culture, which can provide more vivid contents for ideological and political

education, provide valuable information for students as much as possible, and

enable students to understand traditional culture and socialist core values at the

same time when learning ideological and political knowledge [1]. For example,

each ideological and political lesson is interspersed with 3-5 minutes of traditional

cultural content, which can guide students to learn the contents of textbooks with

traditional culture, stimulate students to think, make students read the contents of

textbooks carefully, and patiently listen to teachers’ explanations, which is helpful

to classroom teaching. In colleges and universities, there are a large number

of students in each ideological and political course. If theoretical knowledge

is explained in the whole course, it will inevitably be too boring, and students’

attention will not be able to concentrate for a long time, which will reduce the effect

of ideological and political education. Using traditional culture as a foundation

can not only create a good teaching atmosphere, but also stimulate students’

Students’ Spirit of Continuous StruggleCollege education is a continuous process. Teachers should not only prepare

ideological and political teaching contents for current students, but also contribute

to the inheritance of traditional culture and the development of ideological and

political work. The historical characteristics of traditional culture are obvious,

which can help ideological and political education to clarify the situation of

ideological and political work in different stages, make students know more about

ideological and political work in class, have a deeper understanding of the origin

and development of ideological and political work, and maintain correct moral

values. Guiding students with historical content will make it easier for students to

resonate with ideological and political knowledge, increase students’ patriotism,

make students understand the importance of national rejuvenation, and improve

their sense of responsibility and mission [3].For example, when explaining Marx’s theory, it is necessary to introduce the

background of the times at that time. Teachers can also play documentaries to

attract students’ attention, let students know the significance of Marx’s theory and

its influence on ideological and political work under the background of the times,

and let students have a better understanding of ideological and political knowledge.

Relying on history, it can also guide students to compare their present life with the

background of the times at that time, so that students can fear history, pay attention

to their own ideological consciousness and keep ts’ continuous thinking and learning of ideological and political

knowledge will help to inherit traditional culture, improve students’ pattern and

make students like traditional culture and ideological and political knowledge more.

Students will actively learn ideological and political knowledge, change their way

of dealing with things, and constantly improve their cultural level and moral values.

If conditions permit, teachers can also organize students to participate in ideological

and political lectures, speech contests and other activities, enrich students’ after-school life and exercise their abilities. In extracurricular activities, we can pass on

traditional culture and ideological and political knowledge to students in different

forms, improve students’ thinking mode, and let students constantly improve

themselves [4].113

Students’ Autonomous Learning AbilityChinese traditional culture is extensive and profound, and there will be

countless possibilities when it is integrated with ideological and political education,

which will help the development of ideological and political education. Creating

an open classroom with traditional culture can improve the traditional teaching

mode, make students the masters of the classroom and motivate students to study

independently. For example, students can preview the content of the next class in

advance, encourage students to design PPT by themselves, take the dormitory as a

unit to take the stage to explain, and teachers can comment and supplement from

the side. Open classroom enables students to better exercise themselves, have a

correct understanding of ideological and political knowledge, and virtually improve

students’ comprehensive quality [5].Ideological and political education also needs to pay attention to students’

autonomous learning ability, and create an open classroom, which can enhance

the interaction between teachers and students, help students realize their own

shortcomings and advantages, change students’ status in daily life, and let students

constantly regulate their behavior. In the later stage of teaching, teachers can also

let students carry out thematic activities around traditional culture, ideology and

politics, so that students can take full responsibility and teachers can help them

improve their creativity, organizational ability and literary accomplishment. Open

class can also enliven the classroom atmosphere, let students show themselves and

groups on the platform, actively interact with other students and groups, exercise

students more comprehensively, and let students master more traditional mous learning ability is beneficial to students’ future development. It

can improve students’ competitive consciousness and ability in society, enhance

their strength and enable them to work and live better. Ideological and political

education provides more practical opportunities for students, which can quickly

change students’ thinking mode, so that students can have a deeper understanding

of life and no longer be extreme.4. Compare Traditional Culture with Today’s Society, and Train

Students’ Dialectical ThinkingTraditional culture is rich and historic, and it is the product of years of

culture. Compared with today’s society, the contrast is strong. It can highlight the

characteristics of traditional culture and the development trend of today’s society,

help students look at things from different angles, and help improve students’

into people with more political and correct ideas

can choose jobs that are beneficial to society and live a healthy and active life.

Dialectical thinking can also help students self-regulate, prevent students from

doing things that hurt themselves and others, and enable students to take care of

themselves in adversity and good times, keep their initial intention and not be

affected by bad factors. For example, there are many allusions and religious stories

in traditional culture, so we can prepare more for students in the ideological and

political class, so that students can understand the background of the times at

that time, compare with the current society and express their ideas. After many

exercises, students’ dialectical thinking mode will be more perfect, which can

improve students’ speed of solving problems.5. ConclusionPrivate universities not only provide students with professional knowledge and

skills, but also pay attention to students’ ideological education. After the integration

of traditional culture and ideological and political education, the core values of

socialism can be clarified and students can understand ideological and political

education. Let students pay attention to the historical characteristics of traditional

culture and be willing to struggle constantly; Let students become the masters of
