Guest call
客人来电
All guest’s calls are record on the relevant list by noting the following
information:
所有客人的来电 应纪录在相关的表格上并应包括以下信息:
1. Room number 房号
2. Call time 来电时间
The valet, who collects the laundry items, will then sing her/his name on the
same registration line, thus confirming the completion of the guest’s
request.
负责收取洗衣的员工应在确认栏签名已证实客人的要求已完成。
Voucher list
账单
The laundry Department clerk/order-taker shall receive the laundry list from
the marker, calculate the corresponding amount on the list and record the room
number, the guest/s name, the marking and the total amount on the voucher
list.
洗衣房文员收到洗衣单后应计算出单上相应的金额并在账单上记录下房号,客人姓名,标注和总金额。
The valet, when returning the guest’s laundry, must sign her/his name on the
voucher list .
负责返还洗衣的员工必须在单据上签字。
Daily uniform production report
每日制服洗涤报告
The number of uniforms washed and /or dry-cleaned according to the Laundry
Department, are to be recorded on the daily uniform production report.
洗衣房每日洗涤或干洗的制服数量都应记录在每日制服洗涤报告中。
The daily uniform prodution report is to be incorporated with the guest
laundry and dry-cleaning in a monthly statement of account which is to be
submitted to the Director of Rooms with copies to the Director of Finance &
Administration and the Resident Manager.
每日制服洗涤报告和客人干湿洗月度报告应按月递交给行政管家,财务总监和驻店经理。
Valet movement form
客衣员工记录表
The name of the valet collecting/delivering laundry/dry-cleaning shall be

recorded on the valet movement form, along with the number of the room where
the items are to be collected/delivered.
收取/返还干洗/湿洗衣物的员工应将姓名记录在客衣员工记录表上,同时也应记录收取/返回洗衣的房号。
Hold for return garment
保留洗衣处理
The laundry supervisor is responsible for making appropriate arrangement for
the return of requested items.
洗衣房主管应负责安排返回客人要求的衣物。
If the items are to be collected by a representative of the guest, the person
who picks up the item from the laundry must be requested to shown the
authorize letter signed by the guest.
如果客人委派其他人领取洗衣,代领人应出具客人签名的授权书。
On receiving instruction from the guest to have her/his garments held, the
Laundry Department must record the following information in the hold book:
收到客人要求暂缓返回洗衣的要求时,洗衣房必须在记录本上记下相关信息:
1. The date the articles were sent to the laundry/dry-clean
收取洗衣日期
2. The guest’name
客人姓名
3. The guest’s room number
客人房号
4. The number of hanger(s) and basket(s) used specifically

5. The guest’s new room number

6. The date the guest receives her/his laundry back

7. The guest’s signature

8. The name of the person who ruturned the laundry

Lost & Found
招领失物
Any item found in the guest’s laundry shall be issued to the clerk/order-taker who will record the following information in the lost & found book:
任何在客人洗衣中发现的物品应交给文员将相关信息记录在招领失物本上。
1. The date the articles were sent for laundry/dry-cleaning
发现物品的日期
2. The room number
房号
3. The item(s) found: quantity and specific description
发现物品的数量和描述
4. The name of the finder
发现人
5. The name of the staff member who sends the item to the Lost & Found

Department for further action.
