胃痛的英语单词是：stomachache。

牛津词典给出两层含义：

上面两个例子中，stomach 翻译成“胃”就不合适了吧？否则也太血腥了...

所以应该翻译为“腹部”，也就是“肚子”，同义词还有 belly、tummy等。
