第四,考研、考证的焦虑

如今除了大四同学面临能否顺利考研上岸的焦虑,大三的同学也在焦虑自己是否要考研,需要从哪里开始入手学习等各类问题。除了有明确目标的同学外,有这类焦虑的人通常是一些对自己未来没有明确,所以才跟风考研考证的人,这样的焦虑,只有做好个人的规划,才能有效缓解。明确目标的同学可以制定学习计划向目标努力,而一些迷茫的同学最好能先想清楚自己想要的是什么,再做决定。

第五,就业焦虑

随着每年的毕业人数越来越多,同学们一进入大四,就已经在为就业发愁了,特别是一些不好就业的同学,还面临是否要跨专业就业的选择。如果你也在为就业焦虑,学作为过来人建议大家在大四这一年中,除了要继续完成专业学习以及毕业论文设计外,千万不要错过秋招的机会,秋招时的企业、工作岗位更多,到合适工作的机会还是很高的,而春招的招聘单位以及岗位相对较少,所以要提前做好
