窒息急救英语作文

Unconscious choking can create an emergency situation. Learning

to spot the symptoms of unconscious choking and react quickly to treat

a victim of unconscious choking can help you save a life.

无意识的窒息会造成非常紧急的形势。学习一下怎样观察无意识窒息的症状，迅速做出反应，无意识窒息病人可以挽救生命。

Step 1: Breathing

1.呼吸

Rescuers should give the victim two breaths. If those breaths do

NOT go in, the victim may be choking.

救援人员可以给病人进行两次人工呼吸，如果病人不能吸气，说明病人窒息了。

If the air doesn't go in, that could indicate one of two things. You

may not have tilted the head back enough, or the person may be

choking.

如果空气不能吸入病人体内，可能有两种情况。你可能没有把病人头部放得足够靠后，或者病人窒息了。

Tilt the head back and try 2 breaths again.

将病人头部放好，再试两次。

Step 2: Compress

2.按压

If the breaths still do not go in, that indicates that the person is

choking and requires compressions. Do 30 compressions, just like the

CPR compressions.

如果病人仍然无法吸入空气，说明窒息了，需要进行按压。进行30次按压，就像CPR按压那样。

Step 3: Look

3.观察

Look in the mouth. Open the victim's mouth with your thumb.

观察一下，用拇指打开病人的嘴巴。

Step 4: Sweep

4.清扫

Remove the obstruction with the hand that was on the forehead.

用手扫除额头上的一切障碍物。

Step 5: Breathe

5.呼吸

Give the person 2 breaths. If the air does go in, for child or infant,

check the pulse and breathing and decide what step to follow. For an

adult, once the breaths go in, look over the body, look for signs of life. If

there are no signs of life, begin CPR.

给病人进行两次人工呼吸。如果病人可以吸入空气，对于儿童或婴儿，检查一下脉搏和呼吸，决定接下来要做什么。如果是成年人，一旦可以吸入空气，查看一下全身有无生命迹象。如果没有生命迹象，开始进行CPR急救。

Step 6: Recovery

If the victim shows signs of life, place them in the recovery position

and wait for emergency personnel to arrive.
